Default Inbox no longer synchs to Yahoo

As you can see below, the desktop client has stopped synching my inbox, so none of the new messages are arriving. How do I get Zimbra to re-start synching the inbox?

Is there a size limit on the inbox? I notice that I am around 2GB in total size for the inbox, and another 1GB for the sent box.

Thanks.

Peter

Default Reset the sync

For some reason (talked about in another threat, I believe), sync gets turned off. Turn it back on by right clicking the folders that aren't syncing (one at a time) and choosing to turn sync on.

As far as I understood, just any error deactivates that folders sync 4ever. So until that gets fixed/changed keep an eye on the "Error reports" folder and reenable sync as suggested.

zebra5, please file a bug for this. there are 3 issues here:

1. we shouldn't treat a network issue like this as permanent failure
2. we shouldn't turn off sync on Inbox since without Inbox sync it's meaningless.
3. we should provide a clearer indicator which folders are being synced.

Default For JJZHUANG at Zimbra

I don't know how to file a bug, but since I put the error message up in the posting to which you replied, perhaps you could file it as a bug, as i see that you are at Zimbra. Thanks.
