Default sync being turned off for several folders

I woke up this morning to see 38 error reports. For the 4th time now, when checking each of my folders for my Yahoo account I use with Zimbra, I see that sync has been turned off for almost all of them. Why is this happening? I have had to turn sync on for these folders each of the previous times now. So, I would like to know why is the software turning off sync for these folders? Oh, and I do have the latest build'

How about posting, at least, one of the error reports?

It certainly looks like UID STORE is failing when we try to set the \Deleted flag on a message.

Would you mind enabling debug trace, syncing again, then filing a bug with the log files attached? We would need to see both zdesktop.log (log file) and zdesktop.out (IMAP trace file) to find out what is going on.

Thanks,
David

Default Continuation of error reports thread ...

I notice my Z.out file is 144 mb. How do I send just a portion of it. Word won't seem to open it for me to copy a portion of it.

Default More information on error reports.

Sorry, dac, I cannot post the z.out file even in notepad format, as it is. It's still over 146 mb. Is there a way to regenerate this file or can I be directed to a portion I can copy and paste into a separate notepad? There's another post here that seems to have a problem similar to mine. Perhaps his z.out file will work. I will file a bug though and attach the z.log.

Try to include everything surrounding the line which contains the string "UID STORE error" indicating the failed command. If possible, search backwards from that line until you see the AUTHENTICATE or LOGIN command and try to include everything in between.

Thanks,
David
