Default Error reports when I hit 'send/receive'

I get the following error report when I click 'send/receive'

please turn on "Enable debug trace" from account setup page, do another sync, and provide the zdedsktop.log file. You can file a bug with the log attached as private attachment. thanks!

I just filed a bug but there was no option to make my attachments private. How do I do it?
