Default Random Syncing

Hello,

I installed ZCS for our company recently. I also switched to Zimbra Desktop.

I noticed that Zimbra Desktop is syncing incorrectly for my account but no other.

For each sync, I receive several Error Reports on Zimbra Desktop like the one hereunder. I checked ZCS is TimeZoned correctly as the message refers to tz. But I am experiencing many trouble with this.

Code:
Product name: Zimbra Desktop
Product version: 0.91
Build ID: 1338
Release type: BETA
OS Platform: Windows XP x86 5.1
Time of event: 2008-10-23 19:10:11
Error type: service.INVALID_REQUEST
Error summary: push item failed

Failure details:

It seems that nobody cares. Nice to know about the Zimbra Community. In few days I got 2500 Sync Errors from Zimbra with Zimbra esktop but nobody cares.

Does it mean I should have chosen Microsoft product?!!!

Very disapointed.

please enable debug trace from account setup page, try another sync, and file a bug with the zdesktop.log file attached as private attachment. zdesktop.log is located under <install>/log.

with debug trace, we can see which appointment is missing tz attribute. thanks!

I checked in the debug log file (15Mb already) and none of the ICS imported calendar entry have Timezone put in.

All the years of calendar history has lost the Timezone. So I am going to have plenty of warning forever.

I will fill a bug report.
