Default application was locked up at app startup

Application would lock up at the start of the application. Installed lastest version and now get the following error:
javascript Application
Couldn't access Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop Server/ If the issue persists, please check logs for errors and report to HTTP://www.zimbra.com/forums/zimbra-desktop.

I have rebooted several times to no avail.

I also turned of the antivirus program and same thing.

Can you download the latest build 1344 from zimbra.com and try again?
