Service failure

I just downloaded Zimbra and AOL mail but I get the following message, "Error type: service.FAILURE
Error summary: Synchronization of folder 'Sent' failed. Synchronization has been disabled for this folder.

Even after I unckeck that option in the settings, I still get this error message for AOL. Yahoo mail is working fine. Any help is appreciated.

can you attach log/zdesktop.log ? which zdesktop build you are running, on which OS? thanks.

Im running XP but Im not sure what Build is that you are referring to. where can I find that out? Thanks, Todd
