could you please enable debug trace from account setup page, do another sync to let it fail with the error report, and then file a bug with zdesktop.log under <install>/log? that will help us see what field is missing. thanks!

Hi JJ, I turned on debugging and have a log file. Am I supposed to file a bug in Bugzilla with this info?

Also, are attachments in Bugzilla private? I think there is some sensitive info in the log file that I'd like to keep private.

Thanks for the help!
Paul

yeah please file a bug with log attached. You can mark any attachment "private" so only zimbra employees can see it.

Hi JJ,

I'm happy to say that my issue has been resolved by updating my client to 0.92 (build 1418)

I had just broken the 10,000 mark on error reports too!

Thanks so much for all the help on this one.
