Can not download attachments - Vista Business x64

Can not download attachments from zimbra desktop, will get a popup with text:

Is there a work around?

please try this workaround (assuming your locale is en-US):

1) locate <installdir>/win32/prism/extensions/prism-runtime@developer.mozilla.org/chrome/en-US/branding/brand.dtd

2) add these two lines to the end of brand.dtd:

<!ENTITY saveFile.label "Save to Disk">
<!ENTITY saveFile.accesskey "s">

3) quit zdesktop by right-clicking on systray icon->Quit

4) start zdesktop

i have some problem, my vista is home premium in 32 bits... the previus workarround is not functionaly, please, somebody help me!!!

Hi, I have the same problem, I try the solution that jmhe says but it doesn't work. There is any solution for this?

For the record, the SO is WinXp SP2 and the zimbra version is zdesktop_0_91_build_1338
