Default Can't delete or rename account

Hi,

I recently got Zimbra desktop and i think it rocks. Just a couple minor issues that i have notices.

1. My main problem is that i can not rename or delete one of my email accounts.

2. When you are in the Setup window and have one account selected, and go to mange data, you can not cancel the action. I have to close the App.

I run Zimbra Desktop on,

Model Name: MacBook
Model Identifier: MacBook4,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 3 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MB41.00C1.B00
SMC Version: 1.31f0

1. you can't rename your account, but you can delete an account. to delete, go to the settings page of the account and click on the "Remove Account" button. That button is right next to "Manage Data".

2. Not being able to cancel from Manage Data page is a known issue that has been fixed after we released build 1278. It will work in the next release.

Thanks for the fast reply.

Sorry i forgot to mention that i tried that and Zimbra keeps thinking and i waited as long as 5 minutes. Nothing happens and i have to force quit the app.

Any ideas???

Default Zimbra slowness issue

Our zimbra server getting slow and i found the below message in the log.Is there any way to increase the connection above to 50. The 124.124.41.117 is our gateway ip.

I'm using the desktop client on the mac with the same results, can't edit or manage account.

Account is not syncing back up to yahoo server and shows error - there's no explanation anywhere what the error means.

Next to new folder icon there is an error icon, no explanation anywhere what this means.

I tried the patch and installing new version, still no love.

I can't delete, edit or remove the account, nor can I add a new yahoo account.

I faced a similar problem. It arose because I changed the password for my Yahoo mail. I edited the same on Zimbra Desktop Settings page for the account and saved it. It shows "Processing..." for a long long while but nothing happens. Finally I had to force quit the app. Same result was found when I tried changing any of the other fields like display name.

However, I would like to mention that, I readded the same Yahoo account, with the new password and diff display name. It is working fine for me, but leaves an unnecessary "errored" Yahoo account lingering on my accounts tab.

Has this issue also been taken care of with the "manage data" bug?

I faced a similar problem. The problem arose because I changed the password for my Yahoo mail. I updated the same on the Account Settings page and tried to save it. The client shows "Processing..." for a long long while but nothing happens. Finally I had to force quit the app. Similar results were observed when I tried to change the display name or other editable properties on the accounts page.

However, I would like to mention here that, as a workaround, I added the same Yahoo account with a new display name and the new password. This worked fine for me. Only undesirable element being an "errored" Yahoo account appearing on my Accounts tab.

Is this a known problem?

The only issue i have is the accound with a wrong name.

PS. I deleted the APP and reinstalled it. Nothing!

I hope There will be a new update that fixes this bug.
