Default 5 X Upload Size Limit Exceeded

I have had problems with my emails with Zimbra since yesterday. It started when I tried to upload 3 bmp files (totaling 6 MB). I live in Kenya and our speed is very slow. The upload failed, so I tried to zip the files to save space. Failed again. I changed the files to jpeg files and sent them 1 at a time. Eventually they worked, but since then, my emails are really messed up. I can't send anything in Zimbra html, and I have gotten 5 sync failure messages, all of them saying that I had exceeded my upload size limit. On the fourth message, all I had tried to do was send an email of 40k, and on the fifth message, I was only trying to download email. I have copied and pasted the messages below -

Welcome to the forums,
On your ZCS server - via admin console gui or CLI:

su - zimbra
zmprov gacf | grep zimbraFileUploadMaxSize
zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize

zmprov mcf zimbraFileUploadMaxSize xxxxxxxx
zmprov mcf zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize xxxxxxx

Add 10-30% on top of the size your plan to upload, as when converted into a MIME message it ends up base64-encoded.

I'm sorry. I'm an end user, and I really don't understand what you are telling me to do.

That appears you're syncing against a Zimbra server right? Go point your server admin to this page
