Default Problem about new messages...

Hi everybody,
we are a big Italian factory and we make biscuits, cakes and so on.
We have just started to use Zimbra Collaboration Suite and we really like it.
We have just one "big" problem. When I open the window to write a new message and I click "To" for selecting the receivers, I would like to choose the "address book" I need for by selecting it with the mouse (now I can choose only Contacts, Personal and Shared Contacts or GAL).
We have a lot of Address books, one for suppliers, one for clients, one for maintenance, etc... and we would like to see them when we decide the message's receivers.

Bye bye, thanks in advance for replies.

Please open a bugzilla RFE (unless you find it in search-I couldn't) something like: "List address books under compose TO menu when creating a new message"

-set the component to 'Mail -Web Client' and severity 'enhancement' when making the bug

As a workaround:
Show names from- Personal Address Books
search bar type- in:Folder

replacing 'folder' with the address book name (so yes you'd have to know this ahead of time, it's not the same as a drop down menu)

Default I Have a Similar Situation

In the library I work at, we have some users with extremely large contact lists. For example, our foreign language department sends messages to all of their chinese patrons when new books are released. They have 300+ contacts that they've created in a "Chinese Patrons" address book. I tried the workaround and it's almost right... I searched for in:"Chinese Patrons" and it gave me the first 50 contacts in that address book. It seems that when clicking the To: button in a new message window, that's about the limit to what you can see.

Ideally this user would like to create a group, but sifting through the 300+ users even within one address book is a pretty large task. I found that the in:"Chinese Patrons" works when creating a new group too, but sadly the returned list is still limited to the first 50 names. Is there any way to do a search for 51-100?
