Try setting both of these to DEBUG:

log4j.logger.zimbra=DEBUG
log4j.logger.com.zimbra=DEBUG

Then restart tomcat (/opt/zimbra/bin/tomcat restart)

I add the new lines but the access_log_file only give me the same information

There is another file i must check??

Are you running a produciton install? Or have you built your own? Are there any other log4j properties files under the Tomcat dir?

find /opt/zimbra/tomcat -name log4j.properties

the only log4j.properties is in the directory /opt/zimbra/tomcat/conf

Thanks for all your help KevinH everithing is o.k 500 error return when the user do not exit on the server
