Default PL/SQL SOAP msgs to Zimbra

Hi,
Recently I created a program written in Java to create accounts automatically in Zimbra.
Now I need to implement this from a trigger in a Oracle Database. I'm kinda new to Oracle. I am wondering if any developers here have implemented something similar to what I am trying to accomplish.

After researching I came to know of two options
1) Either load the Java program I developed into Oracle
or
2) Send and receive SOAP messages directly using PL/SQL without using Java

I like the second method since it doesn;t use any java library and looks like a clean solution.
Let me know if you have any information regarding sending SOAP messages to zimbra using pl/sql.

Ultimately my goal is to create accounts automatically from user name and passwords which are stored in a Oracle databse table using triggers.

Thanks.
