i will try another things:
install an open OpenLDAP and configure zimbra to connect to this LDAP
do you have a piste ??

There is a 'wizard' for configuring an external LDAP as a GAL & for Authentication, it's in the Admin UI just follow that.

i installed OpenLDAP on ubuntu, i re install zimbra this time a choose to not install zimbra_LDAP (because i will use the external LDAP)
during installating all things sames to be good but at the end i receive the error:

Sorry, perhaps I didn't explain clearly enough. An external LDAP is in addition to the LDAP that Zimbra uses not instead of it. You will need to install an LDAP server on another machine, you can't put it on the Zimbra server easily.

Zimbra needs it's own version of LDAP to function, the option for not installing LDAP is only there for multi-server installations.
