Send Credentials instead of challenging?

When customer(user) trying to access the following url
http://abc.com/zimbra/mail, Zimbra server challenges the customer to enter
the credentials like username and password.

Is there any way I can by pass this page by sending username (or and) password programatically?( Why I want this feature is because the user already
authenticated to our application)
