Doc about creating new Skins

Hi

Could somebody familiar with the inner workings of Zimbra write a document about how to create new skins ?

I found the skins/steel dir with the template photoshop file, but it seems its not as simple as modifying it and creating new gifs..

A page or so of instructions/explanations would be plenty..
It would be great if one of the developers could spend the time to do that so we can improve zimbra's looks

Thanks for your note. This is high on our list as we also are excited about the community creating new skins. We hope to have a doc out for this soon.

Nothing new on the skinning front eh ?

Please let us do something about it. I can't look at that embossed metal thing for more than a minute at a time.. it makes me dizzy

Yes we are aware that serveral of you would like to help us create new skins. We will get to this eventually. One idea would be to just edit the gif's themselves if you just planning on changing the colors etc.
