Default where is the code for checking the receiver memory

i want to know where r the files for checking after receving the mail the checking occurs that receiver's memory is not full and if it is not full where the mail's are store an the code in which files for that

I don't really understand your question. All mail is stored on the ZImbra server. What is it that you're trying to achieve?
