Cascading Events / Gantt

Any chance the calendar can be set up that if an event (of a particular type) is created, it will create 3-4 other events that are dependant on the first? We'd like to be able to have a "Release Date" and have 3-4 other dependent calendar events created X amount of time before (Scheduling meeting 2 weeks prior, Publishing Meeting 1 week prior, Production 3 days prior, etc...)

That sounds good. Please file an enhancement in bugzilla, as it's currently not possible.
