Default Integrating with Portal Application

I have a portal application, our users initially log to the portal application and then, there is a link that opens zimbra in a new window.

We managed to use zimbra ldap for this portal application, so the users log in with their zimbra id on the main app.

However, the problem is that when they click on email, they have to sign on again. My question is, is there a way to modify the ZLoginFactory.js in order to take post or get parameters to bypass the login and go straight to the main webmail page? or this is allready been taken cared off and i can directly send parameters get or post or an authenticated session to the zimbra app?

kind regards.
Martin.
