    Hi

    You can initially set them in the Addresses/Accounts, double-click on a User and the in the Aliases tab make the changes. Once you've created them you can go to the Alias setting on the left panel under the Addresses and also make changes from there.

    Under Configurations panel/Global Settings/MTA tab you can set the maximum size for email.

    HTH

    Regards

    Bill

    Default Aliases

    Is there a way to alias to an external email. For example:
    myphone@foo.com -> 5551212@messaging.nextel.com ?

    Default external forwards

    You can set the forwarding address on an account to an external address, and it will get sent on.

    If you don't want a copy then maybe this should just be an alias.

    Default Right

    But how do you make an alias without attaching it to an account. In my admin there is only add distrobution list and user. Should I just do a distribtion list with only one user?

    Also Where can i search for reported bugs? 2 of the users on our system (at least) cannot right click to add an apointment on the calendar. The dropdown appears but you cannot click on any of the options.

    I see.. it's not to a user on the system sorry. Yes a distro list with one adress id your best bet.

    The calendar issue is known. It'll be fixed in the next release. We plan to open our bug tracker at some point just haven't got around to it yet.
