Question Date type !

In Zimbra, I saw some date types :

20070119T210000 : yyyyMMddThhmmss kind

But 1169523467000 & 1169523467, I don't know what's date type .
Is this Milliseconds type ?

And is there anybody know converter to convert from easy datetime to yyyyMMddThhmmss type and 1169523467000 type ?

Thanks !
