Default Problems with preauth in IE

Ok, I've built some C# preauth helper classes etc, which have been tested and work 95% of the time in ie and 100% of the time in ff, however every now and then I get some random error in ie, which ultimately boils down to some javascript error.

It would appear the javascript problem is on zimbra side, occurs AFTER all the redirection etc. (basically my class generates a link, that has a target of _new, so we pop it up)

If I can managed to make it happen again, I'll try and report further information for helping in trouble shooting.
