| | | Similar 'Microsoft Outlook Today' view in Zimbra Hi all,
Is there a way to set the default view of Zimbra similar to Microsoft Outlook Today wherein summary of appointments, tasks, emails, etc. are displayed? If so, how can I implement it? |

No, there isn't any way to do that at present. If you'd like it as a feature then search bugzilla to see if it's been requested, if it hasn't file an RFE and vote on it.

| | | Gee... anyway thanks for all the replies.
For now, I am thinking of a calendar as the semi-alternative for the default view on successful preauthentication. Aside from parameter 'app=calendar', what other parameters and values to set in preauth url if, say, i want to display the calendar in day view or work week view, etc.?
...and yes, where can i find documentation for this parameters? |

Sounds like you've now changed your mind. Quote:

| | I'd love something like this as well. I can't vote on it though. Bugzilla tells me my access to ticket 10127 is denied.

Gerald | ya know that's twice in one day that 'private' has thawarted people
it's a balancing act...
any way to do any of the following? (they all would require some serious codeing)
--allow search to span all, or let the titles of all bugs be searchable (those are usually descriptive, and would cut down on double requests) but mark those private in red and keep them unviewable to the general public?
-If the above is too complex, just marking them in red would be a reminder to those who can view them in order to prevent a situation like: Quote:

| | Guys-
Some bugs just need to made private.
This bug is one of them. I know that may not be a good enough answer, but it just needs to be private.
It's comin. I promise.

| | No problem. It just sounded like the ticket had a solution to the issue. I'll wait (like I have a choice )

| | Hi again-
After talking it over, we decided that particular bug isn't the one you want for various reasons.
I've created another bug, and we'll keep it viewable (PROMISE).
Please vote: http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17112
If you had already voted for the previous bug, you should login to bugzilla and change you vote to this bug.
Thanks again, and sorry for the confusion.
