Default Is there a SOAP call to decode MS-TNEF attachment ?

I am trying to determine the contents of emails being sent through zimbra from Windows Mobile phones. The attach items to the emails using ms-tnef attachments. I would like to be able to tell what is in the attachment.

If I save the MIME content to a file, and upload it to zimbra using the file upload service, and save it as a draft, I can see in the web GUI that for example the email has a text/calendar appointment. So, somewhere along the way, zimbra is able to read the content of the attachment.

Is there any soap call available that would allow me to decode the attachment directly - without having to save/upload/SaveDraft/etc. in order to determine the contents.

    Thanks
