Access the "From" address when sending new mail message

Hi all,

I have been working on a zimlet that keeps a record of mail messages that are sent or dragged onto it, much like the salesforce zimlet.

The problem I'm having is accessing the "From" address for newly sent items.

Of course for existing mail items I just use ZmMailMsg.from, but for newly sent mail items I'm having trouble finding how to access the From field of the message.

If I could access the user's default From Address, and use that as the From addressfor the new message that would be fine, but I don't how to that either...

Can anyone help??
