downloading source from perforce for zimbra OSS

Hi ,

I am trying to setup P4 to download zimbra OSS source code. I am new to P4. I have followed the wiki wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Building_Zimbra_using_Perforce. however when I reach workspace page I get this error : -
Unable to create a workspace named 'public-view'.
Workspace 'public-view' already exists.
Any clue what could be the issue ?

Did you create /home/public/p4 directory?

Just curious: does the p4 client require its own exclusive user ?
