Error in template 'abook.Contacts#SplitView_other'

Hi,

We use Zimbra SOAP API to sync contact information between our CRM application and Zimbra. When we look at the address book in Zimbra we see an error (screenshot attached).

Error in template 'abook.Contacts#SplitView_other': [object Error].

I saw a similar post but it was related to Yahoo Sync. Zimbra version is Zimbra 7.1.2_GA_3268 (build 20110804120420).

I appreciate any help you can provide.
