change quota bar location

Dear All,

I'm using Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL5_64_20110928134520 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.

I would like to change the quota information to the footer of the page, what file should I change it ? I have try several file like skin.html on my skin but it doesnt change.
