Default How to copy a message using REST

I need to use REST API in order to copy a message from a folder to another.
I'm able to read a message but I didn't see the way to upload it to a different folder.
The import message API seem to use only a file as input and only examples I saw were created using "curl -- upload".
Is there any good example to look into ?
Any siggestion ?
Tks

Zimbra Ajax WebClient and Zimbra Desktop have import/export functions on their Preference tab.
And these use REST API. So you better look into that with Firebug or something like that.

Tks for Your help.
I didn't find any import/export in my WebClient preference tab.
Anyway I tried using the right button and I found a Move menu item.
I tried it but it goes to soap and not to rest APIs.
Anyway in the manual the Import/Export API exists but they work all on a file : I mean they write/read to/from a file.
I'd like to avoid files and do all in memory, deleting the mail after copy in the original folder.
How can I do ?
Tks

It is REST API, so you use a GET request to the correct URL to get the data, then you do a POST request to send the data.

Curl CLI use a file but in the end it only send a POST request.
