i unfortunately don't have admin access, so i can't test this out. The docs ("soap.txt") do not in any way specify that the request requires admin privileges, so i have been testing it with my account (which cannot work, it turns out). i have requested an admin-capable account with which to develop the app, so i'll need to wait until then. As soon as i've got the access, i'll try your suggestion.
