id is undefined in Admin extention zimlet

I have developed Admin Extention zimlet..

which has form view and also there is 4 tabs in form view every thing is all right.
but id of all elements are UNDEFINED so ,anybody gives me solution of this issue.

I have also hook new item in oviewview panel. when we click on overview panel's item new tab is open and add Form view in that. but it has assigned ID as an undefine.

so give me solution..
how to create form view in new tab in Admin side like as Account tab or any other tab in Admin panel....
