Default Problem Building ZD dev branch

I'm trying to build Zimbra desktop from the latest repository source. I'm getting the following errors below. I'm compiling on an AMD x64 box with Centos 5. This is my first build so please help a newb out. The command I'm using is:

/usr/local/ant/bin/ant offline-reset-the-world
