Zimbra Custom Build Issues

I am trying to set up Zimbra from HELIX source code package which i downloaded using preforce. I am doing this installation on a fresh RHEL box and have followed the general guidelines for the setup. Still the third party components are failing to compile in my machine. Can any one share some reference if any of you have faced issues.. Basically this isthe list of components which failed withrout giving much information.

I need some good documentation around how to fix this for RHEL - 32bit. Apreciate any help on this. Looks like there is a huge mess in my setup currently.

Does Building Perl requires a active internet connection? I think it is trying to do some thing with the CPAN mirrorn.

Uploaded the complete log error details of Perl. this is the only comopnent failed for third party build. Please help..
