Outgoing Message Count Per User

Hello All,

Using JAVA + SOAP (or any other method) is there a way to get outgoing message count per user(POP and IMAP)? What I am trying to accomplish is see accounts w/ high outgoing count and possibly flag them for spam using a web app. Any help in the right direction is appreciated.

I think zmdailyreport under libexec will give you numerous msg count details on server but not sure whether this is possible on user level.
