REST api filter

Hi gurus,
i'm looking for a way to get account details from a shared contact folder to make it available to a third party application.
In the REST API documentation i found:
https://zimbraserver:7071/home/usern...&query=MYQUERY

that returns any contacts that has MYQUERY in any field.
So, if MYQUERY is "First Name" in one contact and "Address" in a second contact, i get 2 results.

I need to know if there is a way to insert "First Name" in the query to get only contacts that have MYQUERY in "Firts Name" field.

Any idea?

Hi bizza,

For SOAP API, you can use search query like this;

#firstname:[someone's firstname]

And it search only for firstname of contacts.

You better give it a try to use this also for REST API.
