Any one try to explain me about Zimbra Mail server flow control.I need details about DFD as well as Database design.

Don't start a new thread when you already have one here (that you haven't replied to), search the forums and look at the documentation (see the wiki front page for 'Architecture') or look at the source code for further details. What do you mean by "DFD"? It would be of more use to give an explanation of what exactly you're trying to achieve instead of just a "tell me about" type of question.

I need details about how the mails flows are occured in Zimra mail server

They are received by Postfix, go though ClamAV and Spamassassin by the use of AmaViS and then handed of to Java processes for storing.

What information are you exactly trying to find ? Have you read the documentation link Phoenix posted as that shows you the mail flow ?
