Tools for modifying mapi profile by scripts - CreateZimbraProfile.exe sources?

Hello,

In the case of a migration, we wanted to create automatically profiles on the users's computer. Every computer are in a domain.

I saw there is this tool :
CreateZimbraProfile - Zimbra :: Wiki

It creates a new profile named "zimbra" well configured. But in my case users already have a profile, configured with a pop account. So I want to add a new account (zimbra one) in the existing profile (named "Outlook", the default one) and set it as the default account since the connector don't support another configuration.

But I don't know how to manipulate MAPI profiles with scripts. Can we do it with VB scripts? If not, how?
Is CreateZimbraProfile.exe open-source? If it is, how can I retrieve the sources?
