Post (How to) write zimlet for extending LDAP objects?

I am a specialist in directory services development and deployment. In my company now we are strongly needs to use zimbra accounts as a general datasource of HR and Security departments. So... I need to extend LDAP objects that represent our employees with a lot of additional objectClass'es after there initialization in Zimbra's admin interface and to assign apropriate values to some attributeTypes.
My question is how to handle the event "user %u just created" within the zimlet code?

Happy Christmas for all and "Happy New Year" for all my dear collegaues from exUSSR!

Take a look at the Samba Zimlet. that involves both changes to the LDAP object model, and a administration interface change to be able to use thoose LDAP changes.

Also take a look at the server extensions. You will probably need to add some SOAP calls to pull that off.
