Zimbra AJAX License - ZAPL - Is this new?

I'm reading the ZPL and the ZAPL, but the AjaxTK License notice in each JS file points to the ZPL, in the version of the library I have.

Is this correct or is this old?

Seems like the ZAPL is for the AjaxTK library, is that correct?

Will this be updated in the AjaxTK library files soon?

Correct. Where did you get your files? Are they from the latest milestone source?

I had .js files open from both the client and the TK and got them confused.
