Default Spam Filter

Hi All,

I am a newbie in zimbra. I need help regarding on spam filtering. Currently, i have users who are now category as spams. In fact they are genuine users. My kill percentage is set at 75% and tag at 33%. All mails that come from that user fall into Junk box. I did add his mails to Not Junk .. but still receiving his mails inside my junks folder. Pls advise

hi, please post either the amavis/sa/dspam headers, or preferably a santised version of an example email including headers.
