is it correct?

What is 'Zimbra Exchange'? What exactly are you trying to do?

I want to write Java program to connect to Zimbra, and get messages, calendar, contacts.
As I understand, zimbra has Exchange protocol realization.
So how could I connect to this exchange server?

Not really. The ability to connect and synchronise your mail, calendar etc. via a mobile device is a Network Edition feature.
