Permission denied

I´m trying get the source code of //depot/zcs/FRANKLIN/...

but the following error appears:

can't create directory for /home/public/p4/FRANKLIN/Ajax/WebRoot/examples/xforms_test/XForm doc.html
mkdir: /home/public/p4/FRANKLIN: Permission denied

Someone know the solution?
