Default Google Wave
Looks like Google Wave will be made completely OSS and able to run on its own: Google Wave Developer Blog: Wave open source next steps: "Wave in a Box")

Obviously, this would make a great zimlet, but what kind of integrations would be required with the rest of the system? Let's have a bit of a brainstorm on this.
