How to compile, debug and run zimbra

Hi,

I have installed Zimra collaboration suite on my Linux (Fedora Core) machine. I am able to send and recieve mails using Zimbra client. I want to modify the Zimra server and client code. Can you please tell me where do the Zimbra server and client code resides on the machine and how can I debug, compile and run the code after making some changes in the same.
