Oracle Beehive: Problem when the time zone without the "summer time"

Hello!

I am sorry for my poor English.

I have Oracle Beehive 2.0.1.2.0 for Win32 and
Zimbra Web Client, Advanced Edition (AJAX)


Has anyone encountered the following problem?

Zimbra does not correctly handles time zones in which there is no "summer time".

For example, (GMT +5.00 Islamabad, Karachi, Tashkent)

This is the problem of integrating Oracle Beehive with Zimbra or is just problem Zimbra Web Client?

Thank you in advance for any explanation and help in resolving this problem...
