make package error

Hi guys,
Now I am beginning the final step: make package at main/ZimbarBuild
when I execute
#make allclean all

there is an error:
BUILD FAILED
Target `ORIGINAL' does not exist in this project.

Total time: 4 seconds
make: *** [/mnt/scsi/tmp/zimbra/ZimbraBuild/../ZimbraServer/build/dist/tomcat/webapps/service.war] Error 1

Now, I have found when I install LWP of perl and swatch-3.1.1, there are many strange problems, please refer to new question about make Postfix 2.2.11

Please help me.
