Quickest way to access the ZCS datastore

Hi...

I have been browsing through the wiki and example code for some time now and still haven't figured out the most "standard" and "quick" way to interact with the ZCS datastore.

What I am looking for is standardized examples that demonstrate the basic functions, i.e. create/list folders and folder contents, move objects across folders and the like, similar to what you get when looking at the GoogleDocs developer section. There doesn't seem to be much more than the API references in the Zimbra website.

So, any other pointers from the experienced Zimbra developers?
