Default what is the best approach to make a feature request?

Hello,

what is the best approach to make a feature request? (Posting a request
to zimbra forum? Mail to sales@zimbra.com? Paying)?

Thank's a lot for your feedback!

John

The best thing is to enter it in bugzilla and vote on that bug. You could also mention it in the forums, I guess, in case anyone else thinks it's a good idea and wants to vote on it.

Thank's a lot phoenix for your feedback!

Does that mean - even I intend to make a feature request -
if have to take the following option:

Enter Bug -> This page lets you enter a new bug into Bugzilla ?

Cheers,

John

Yes, that's correct. You enter it as a 'bug' bug make sure you put something like RFE (request for enhancement) or Feature Enhancement in the title so it's obvious what it is. You should give as full a description as possible with any examples you may have, don't forget to vote on it as that's how zimbra rate RFEs.
