hi !

i'm using the CreateAppointmentRequest soap method to add appointment in my calendar.

I'm wondering why the CALITEMID is incremented of 2 at creation instead of 1 ?
i'm assume i am the lone user who creates any appointment in my test, so i think it is stranged...

any reason ?
