Default Emails cut in half

I'm unsure if this problem is Zimbra related or my front-end Postfix server. But every now and then emails arrive that just end abruptly. I'm guessing this has something to do with the email standard that says an email ends on a line beginning with a full stop.

Now the lest message that did this, was forwarded to an external email system, and then forwarded on, and works. I can't see any reason, other than the email stopped at a full stop, at the end of a line.

Can anyone give me a clue? Do I need to change something on my front-end postfix server, or is this a possible bug in Zimbra?

Thanks

Can you send an email message (Show Original option) for which you see the problem?

The original came from someone outside our company, so I can only pass on what I have received, and this is already damaged, or passed on via another route and OK.

So I'm a little at a loss as to what to send you, or even look at myself.

Looks like I will have to try and re-create the problem, but not knowing what it is, I will be shooting in the dark.
